At Columbia Pacific CCO, we believe our Regional Health Improvement Plan (RHIP) is more meaningful when our members, partners and community share access to information about our efforts and goals. This dashboard is meant to give a high-level view of progress toward meeting the goals of the eight priority areas of the RHIP. It also provides opportunities to share transparency, accountability and successes between CPCCO, public health, local partners and counties who have adopted the RHIP as a framework for health improvement.
On this dashboard, you’ll see each of the eight priority areas. Each priority area has two measures, called key performance indicators (KPIs). These are measures we would share if we had only 30 seconds to explain the progress we’re making, and represent data we can access internally or with the help of our partners.
If you would like more information on what the KPIs mean, where we get the data, or why they were chosen, click the Indicator Descriptions link under Resources. If you want information about the quality improvement data measures set by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) or our performance in that program, click OHA CCO Metrics under Resources. Finally, if you would like to read our Regional Health Improvement Plan for more context, click on the Columbia Pacific CCO logo in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
