Columbia Pacific CCO understands that — during the tragic wildfires impacting our state — it’s vital that our members can access health services, food, housing and other resources. We have made a few adjustments to support that endeavor:
- We are prepared to expedite processing of durable medical equipment (DME) that needs to be replaced. Please submit requests as URGENT and note on the form that the item is being requested in response to losses occurring due to the wildfires.
- For medication refills and diabetic DME supplies, members or providers can call us at 503-416-4100 and we will provide an override to get their needed medications and supplies. After hours (weekdays before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m., or over the weekend), please call the OptumRx customer service department:
- Medicaid 866-843-5126
- Medicare: 866-325-7344
- For urgent wildfire evacuation or COVID-19 isolation housing requests, please call 971-803-1450 or 503 416-8990.
