On behalf of Columbia Pacific CCO, I am thrilled to share our 2022 Report to the Community.
In 2022, we celebrated our 10th anniversary as a coordinated care organization (CCO). It’s hard to believe we’ve been working for more than a decade to improve the health and well-being of our members and the wider communities we serve.
One of the ways we work toward our mission is by keeping the voices of our members front and center. And we couldn’t do that without our Community Advisory Councils. So, it seemed fitting to celebrate and honor their work in our 2022 annual report.
The report features stories about how our advisory councils have worked to advance health equity and shaped other priorities, including our deep commitment to affordable housing and trauma informed care. And don’t miss the videos of advisory council
members discussing their life experiences and passion for community service. In the report, you’ll also find data points illustrating our regional impact, including our 2022 clinical and community investments by county.
As I share this report, our advisory councils are kicking off work on one of the most important things they do: overseeing our Regional Health Assessment and Improvement Plan.
They are helping us to reach deep into our communities for feedback that will inform our next five-year Regional Health Improvement Plan.
We are incredibly grateful for the dedicated people who volunteer their time and talents on our advisory councils, our Clinical Advisory Panel and our Board of Directors. And, of course, we’re incredibly grateful to continue serving the beautiful
communities of Northwest Oregon.
