The basic role of Oregon’s coordinated care organizations is to provide health care. But they don’t stop there. The state asks CCOs to listen to the voices of the communities they serve and use those insights to improve community health. At Columbia Pacific CCO, we embrace this expectation. Meeting it enables us to more fully achieve our vision: Helping those in need reach their highest potential by providing services that support their social, emotional and physical health.
Every two years, we publish our Report to the Community, which offers a look how we’ve worked with health care providers and community organizations to fulfill our mission. Our latest report spans 2020-2021, two of the most unusual and exhausting years in our CCO’s existence. It offers a glimpse of how our communities came together in new ways to respond to the urgent social, emotional and health needs created by the COVID-19 pandemic, which exacerbated many existing challenges. Read our latest report or take a look at previous editions to learn more about who we are and what we do.
