Report to the Community

The basic role of Oregon’s coordinated care organizations (CCOs) is to provide health care. But they don’t stop there. The state asks CCOs to listen to the voices of the communities they serve and use those insights to improve community health.

At Columbia Pacific CCO, we embrace this expectation. This allows us to more fully achieve our vision: Helping those in need reach their highest potential by providing services that support their social, emotional and physical health.

Our 2024 Report to the Community offers a glimpse of the innovation and partnership that characterized our work to improve community health. Read the report to learn about partnerships that are improving access to care, alleviating food and housing insecurity, elevating the voices of young people in our communities and addressing other regional issues. You will also find infographics that illustrate our impact in the communities we serve, data on our membership, community and clinical investments by county, and a list of health care and community leaders who served on our 2024 Board of Directors.
