At Columbia Pacific CCO, the overarching aim of our strategic plan is to prioritize efforts that can have the biggest impact on improving our members’ health outcomes. That said, our strategic plan does not encompass all we do to serve our members and communities. It is a snapshot of our priority work in furtherance of our long-held Vision: Helping those in need reach their highest potential by providing services that support their social, emotional and physical health.
Our current strategic plan, spanning 2022-2024, is product of many hours of hard work by our staff and input from our Board of Directors, Clinical Advisory Panel and leaders who volunteer their time and energy on our Community Advisory Councils. Under the plan, we have several goals that will help us achieve improved health outcomes. Each goal has specific objectives, strategies and success indicators for 2022.
We have developed action plans for working toward 2022 success indicators. We plan to revisit our action plans and success indicators on a yearly basis – an approach that allows us to adjust to changing conditions as we work toward our key goals. As with everything we do, we will keep certain issues front and center, particularly health equity and a focus on our most-vulnerable members.
