Columbia Pacific CCO provider portal access
CareOregon offers a single sign-on experience for our providers called OneHealthPort.
From OneHealthPort, providers have access to two portals, CareOregon Connect and HealthHelp WebConsult.
Below is information and instructions for when and why to use each portal.
If you're still using a direct-login, or if you are a Dental provider, you can go directly to the CareOregon Connect portal.
Knowing which portal to use
Effective May 1, prior authorizations for certain services will be managed by HealthHelp, a specialty benefit management company now working with CareOregon. Dates of service prior to May 1, 2026 should still be submitted via CareOregon Connect portal. For the latest process information, please refer to our provider update.

Please review these options so you know which portal to use before you login. Follow these steps to confirm which codes should be submitted to each portal:
- Check the No-Auth Code List to learn if the procedure needs authorization at all.
- Check the HealthHelp Code List, if there, submit to HealthHelp WebConsult Portal
- If a code isn’t on any of those lists, it needs to be submitted in Connect Portal
HealthHelp WebConsult Portal
Use HealthHelp for the following services:
- Cardiac services (imaging, devices, interventional)
- Diagnostic imaging
- Musculoskeletal (MSK), interventional pain, and physical medicine
- Sleep medicine
- Genetic testing

Connect Portal
Use CareOregon Connect Portal to:
- Check detailed claim status
- Review remittance advices
- Submit and view authorizations on the detailed, line level
- Check detailed eligibility and member information, including PCP assignment, other insurance and benefits
- Create and print PCP rosters
- Search and verify ICD-10, CPT, HCPC, revenue codes and modifiers
