Columbia Pacific CCO releases its 2024 Report to the Community

Jan 2, 2025, 22:19 PM

Message from Mimi Haley, Executive Director

Welcome to our 2024 Report to the Community. This report highlights another year of deep community engagement, innovation and partnership to address the health-related needs of our members and the wider communities we serve.

The stories here offer a glimpse of just a few of our bodies of work and proudest moments – from the record turnout at our yearly Community Health Summit to the adoption of our new Regional Health Improvement Plan. The plan’s community-identified priorities will guide our work and investments over the next five years.

As I reflect on the past year, I’m struck by the fact that the more we grow and evolve, the more we stay true to our values. Since our founding more than a decade ago, we’ve made it a priority to listen to what our communities tell us they need and to support innovative, grassroots solutions to addressing those needs.

Our longstanding commitment to locally driven solutions has resulted in substantial investments in affordable housing, trauma informed care, clinical capacity building and much more. It is reflected in our updated mission and vision statements, adopted by our Board in early 2024 and included in this report. We hope you take a moment to read them.

Of course, our work to advance community health would not be possible without our committed staff, Board of Directors, Clinical Advisory Panel, Community Advisory Councils, and all our clinical and community partners. Thank you for your passion and hard work!

With gratitude,

Mimi Haley

Executive Director
