Columbia Pacific CCO releases its 2025 Report to the Community

Apr 8, 2026, 18:33 PM

Welcome to our 2025 Report to the Community! In 2025, I succeeded our longtime Executive Director Mimi Haley. It’s an honor to have the opportunity to build on her legacy and lead a team that’s deeply committed to our members and region.

I step into this role at a challenging time for the Medicaid program. Federal policy shifts have increased uncertainty, underscoring just how much our core work matters, not only to our more than 36,000 members but to the wider communities we serve.

For more than a decade, we’ve partnered and invested to improve access to essential care and services for whole-person health — from primary care and behavioral health to non-emergency medical transportation and social health. Our Regional Care Team helps members navigate complex systems and connect to local resources, including food, housing and other supports. And our Community Engagement Team manages our newly created network of social health providers, along with working to ensure our priorities remain rooted in the lived experiences of local residents.

In this report, we offer a glimpse of how we work to make a difference in the lives of our members and communities. Read on for a closer look at who we are, what we do and why it matters.

With gratitude,

Mae Pfeil

Executive Director
