Columbia Pacific CCO releases its 2023 Report to the Community
Message from Mimi Haley:
On behalf of Columbia Pacific CCO, I am excited to share our 2023 Report to the Community, which covers a busy and pivotal year: Report to the Community 2023 (colpachealth.org)
From investing more than $17 million to strengthen our clinical network to collecting upwards of 1,300 stories about what creates or hinders health from local residents and members for our Regional Health Needs Assessment, we took a number of steps last year to prepare for the future of community health. At the same time, we continued to make progress on the community-identified priorities of our 2020-2024 Regional Health Improvement Plan.
Our latest Report to the Community provides a glimpse of the milestones we celebrated in several priority areas, including access to affordable housing and trauma informed care. The report also includes feature-length stories on our Regional Health Needs Assessment, the return of our annual community Substance Use Disorder Summit in Seaside and our partnership with Youth Era to form a youth advisory council to the North Coast System of Care.
You will also find charts on membership and community and clinical investments by county for 2023, along with a list of the community leaders who served on our Board of Directors.
As I share the report, our staff and Community Advisory Councils continue to engage with community members as we prepare to adopt our next five-year Regional Health Improvement Plan later this year. The plan’s priority areas will be based on the extensive feedback we collected in 2023 and in community meetings in 2024.
None of our work to advance community health would be possible without our dedicated staff, our community and clinical partners and the leaders who serve on our community advisory councils, Board of Directors and Clinical Advisory Panel.
Thank you for your commitment to the communities we serve.
Sincerely,
Mimi Haley
Executive Director
