Report to the Community

The basic role of Oregon’s coordinated care organizations are to provide health care. But they don’t stop there. The state asks CCOs to listen to the voices of the communities they serve, and use those insights to improve community health. At Columbia Pacific CCO, we embrace this expectation. Meeting it enables us to achieve our vision more fully: “Helping those in need reach their highest potential by providing services that support their social, emotional and physical health.”

In this 2018-2019 Report to the Community, we explain our 18-month process of community engagement, and the strategic priorities that emerged from it. We share six snapshots of the nonprofits and initiatives that helped in our efforts to achieve health equity and greater well-being in our CCO. And we show the monetary investments we made in clinical care and the communities of Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties. Thank you for your interest in Columbia Pacific, our goals and our work.
