Wellness Centers

Middle aged woman looking aheadIf you are among the 50 million Americans living with chronic pain, a full and active life may seem like an impossible dream. But don't give up. If you live with chronic or persistent pain or anxiety, we can help. Columbia Pacific CCO has a wellness center in each county we serve, for members who qualify.

A wellness center is a health care facility that gives you the resources you need to get back to living a quality life. Our programs focus on the total person, not just the pain or anxiety. All centers accept Oregon Health Plan and many other insurance plans.

In our programs, you will:

  • Get help with setting goals to relieve your suffering.
  • Develop a well-rounded activity program adapted for your unique needs.
  • Get training in relaxation and movement.
  • Learn how to cope with and manage your pain or anxiety.
  • Learn about your health needs and treatment options.
  • Share with others who have persistent pain or anxiety, in a safe and supportive environment.

You don’t need a referral from a provider to access our wellness centers. We work with your providers to coordinate your care.

Do you:

  • Struggle with chronic pain?
  • Feel like you are tied up in knots?
  • Believe pain and anxiety have sucked the energy out of your life?
  • Struggle to communicate with your health care providers?
  • Try everything under the sun without much relief?
  • Need help balancing recovery and chronic pain?
  • Avoid things you used to enjoy because of pain or anxiety?

Do you want to:

  • Have a different experience of pain?
  • Feel energized and engaged with life?
  • Have a wellness plan that includes mind, body and spirit?
  • Form a better working relationship with your physician or primary care provider?
  • Get the tools to move forward with life in a meaningful way?

Call the closest wellness center or ask your primary care provider for a referral.
