Housing supports

Attention: We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and calls that may delay response time. Please allow us 14 business days before following up on submitted requests.

We may need more time or information to process your request.

You will receive a letter from Columbia Pacific CCO if we need more time to process your request.

For urgent or time-sensitive requests:

If you currently have a court-ordered eviction notice, utility shut-off notice, or disconnected service, please call 211info at 503-468-5375 instead of submitting the Housing request form below.

Please have the following documentation easily accessible to support the timely processing of your request, as relevant:

  • Rental/lease agreement
  • Court-ordered eviction notice
  • Utility bill (such as electricity, natural gas, internet, water, sewer, garbage, cell phone, landline)
  • Shut-off notice for utilities
  • Storage unit bill

Housing isn't just about having a roof over your head. It affects your health in many ways, like how you feel physically, mentally, and socially. Having a safe and steady place to live is really important for people and communities to be healthy and do well. Columbia Pacific CCO helps our members who qualify find a stable home.
