Cassy takes inspiration from her daughter, Claire. And because of Cassy, Claire sets her sights higher.
With help from family and friends, Cassy worked hard waiting tables, studied hard and became certified as a medical assistant.
To be healthy, you have to consider not just the state of the body, but of the mind.
“It’s being able to move on from a rough spot in your life,” Cassy says. “It’s being able to look at the brighter side.”
Raising a daughter and caring for her patients help Cassy be healthy on the inside. “It’s a very rewarding feeling,” she says.
