Post-conference update: Community Health Summit, Oct. 7-8, 2024
Thank you to everyone who helped make the Columbia Pacific CCO Community Health Summit a success! Our vision is to convene regional and statewide partners, clinicians and community members to learn together, inspire each other and commit to individual, organizational and systemic change that improves the lives of those living in our communities and that’s exactly what we did together. As one attendee noted, “I learned that these three counties have a lot of resources available and seem willing to truly want to find solutions to help our most vulnerable populations”.
More than 300 people attended the two-day, free event in Seaside with more than 50 speakers sharing their expertise. Attendees heard from clinical experts, state and local officials, peers who draw on their lived experiences to support others, members of the Youth Advisory Council and many more.
You’ll find the 2024 materials below.
Our next steps are to digest feedback, recap themes that emerged from the Call to Actions sessions at the end of day one and the Barrier breaking process from the end of day two and will be working with our Community Systems of care to put those ideas into action.
Please be sure to mark your calendar for the next Community Health Summit, October 6-7, 2025
